Gerardo Hernandez thanks CSC for support
Gerardo Hernandez has sent a message to the Cuba Solidarity Campaign to wish everyone season's greetings and successful campaigning in 2009.
In his message, Gerardo - one of the Miami Five (unjustly imprisoned in the US for fighting terrorist attacks against Cuba)says how much he appreciates the solidarity and expressions of support you show the Miami 5 in so many ways which all contribute to keeping their morale high.
He also wishes to convey his thanks to the very many comrades who have sent him cards and messages and regrets that he cannot reply to them all personally, owing to the sheer quantity he has received, but hopes that this message will reach all those who have written to him and that they will understand his inability to write to each of you.
He also states that almost every year, the country he receives most cards and message of support from is the UK.
